The TYRMC at the Métis Nation of Ontario’s 2022 Annual General Assembly
This year’s Annual General Assembly was held in Toronto on August 18th – 21st, 2022. The Assembly opened with a canoe arrival of Métis leaders and dignitaries on the Toronto Islands, with meetings and presentations at the InterContinental Hotel in the days following. Canning Demonstration
Recipe Ingredients: 1 bag apples (cored + peeled) 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Directions: Put all ingredients in a pot and cover. Cook on medium heat until desired texture, stirring often. Put in jars, leaving 1/4 inch of space. Remove air pockets and place in water bath for 15 minutes.
