- 1 bag apples (cored + peeled)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Put all ingredients in a pot and cover. Cook on medium heat until desired texture, stirring often.
- Put in jars, leaving 1/4 inch of space. Remove air pockets and place in water bath for 15 minutes.
