Presented By TD Bank Group, Toronto History Museums.

Learn hands-on about the process and techniques for creating birch bark bitings with Toronto-based interdisciplinary artist Megan Feheley (Cree, Chapleau Cree First Nation). Offered as part of the Smoke Signals x Reflections exhibition, participants will be introduced to birch bark practices, including how to peel bark and create their own designs. A practice shared by many nations, birch bark biting is a mark-making practice that forms patterns through biting into folded layers of birch bark.
