Start the new year off right with Coach Rachel! These weekly classes, beginning January 10th, are an opportunity to gather with our community and build strength, mobility, and awareness through movement. Classes will be accessible for all levels of mobility, with options for chair-based movement. All classes will be recorded, and class recordings will be available for download to replay in the future.
These workshops are open to individuals who:
-Self-identify as Métis
-Are 55 years or older and;
-Have access to internet and a device (phone / computer / tablet) as all workouts will be held virtually via Zoom
Priority registration will be given to those who are connected to the Toronto & York Region Métis Council
