Join our Gentle Fitness workouts with Rachel on Wednesdays @ noon!
These classes are a great opportunity to gather with our community and build strength, mobility, and awareness through movement. Classes will be accessible for all levels of mobility, with options for chair-based movement. All classes will be recorded, and class recordings will be available for download to replay in the future.
If you have already registered for the previous session, the classes will continue to April 24, 2024 (no need to re-register). If you’d like to join, please register using the link below.
These classes are open to individuals who:
- Self-identify as Métis
- Are 40 years or older and;
- Have access to internet and a device (phone / computer / tablet) as all workouts will be held virtually via Zoom
- Priority registration will be given to those who are connected to the Toronto & York Region Métis Council
