The 2nd Annual TYRMC Métis Rendezvous was held on Feb 21 to 22 at Willowgrove Farm in Stouffville. It was filled with activities both indoor and outdoor, active and relaxing!

The Snowshoe Sled Pull was a hoot with many Gold and Silver medalists walking away after their incredible races! Teamwork at it’s finest. Community also learned about canning, fingerweaving and got to speak to MNO staff and vendors.

Saturday wrapped up with an uplifting, community concert by Amanda Rheaume and her full band, along with some guest stars!

Sunday brought us lessons galore, folks picking up skills in beading, fiddling and jigging.

We wrapped up with a nice lunch with community, friends, new friends and new skills. We hope to see you next year!
