Join our Gentle Fitness Workouts with coach Rachel! Region 8 Councils, with funding provided by the Government of Ontario, has partnered with Rachel McLean to offer virtual gentle fitness classes.
These weekly classes, running on Thursdays from 12pm to 12:30pm beginning Thursday, October 17th, are an opportunity to gather with our community and build strength, mobility, and awareness through movement. Classes will be accessible for all levels of mobility, with options for chair-based movement.

These workshops are open to individuals who:
• Self-identify as Métis
• Are 55 years or older and;
• Have access to internet and a device (phone/computer/tablet) as all workshops will be held virtually via Zoom.
• Priority will be given to those who are connected to the Toronto & York Region, Oshawa Durham or Credit River Métis Councils.
